Job Description :

Responsibilities for this Gas Supervisor Technical Team Leader will include :

Manage contract requirements for gas installs, maintenance, repairs, void tasks, responsive repairs, and planned maintenance
Meet client and business KPIs
Lead a team of engineers in domestic and commercial properties
Delivery of works and deputise for line management
Conduct regular asset, van stock, PPE, uniform, and vehicle inspections
Understand contract parameters and implications
Follow company procurement processes
Apply escalation protocols
Support in the field and back office with end-to-end processes

Ideal Candidate :

Ability to survey for heating installations

Recognised formal craft qualification (NVQ Level 2 / 3 or equivalent)

ACS Qualifications : CCN1, HTR1, CKR1, CENWAT

LPG and UNVENTED qualifications are desirable

Understanding of gas legislation

Full driving license

Knowledge of Health and Safety best practices

Ability to manage own time and workload

Experience in customer service and working with the public
