Job descriptionRecognised trade qualifications such as City & Guilds or NVQ Level 2 / 3. Salary range dependent on qualifications. Experience in multiple trades, including plumbing, flooring, carpentry, painting, tiling, basic electrics, and window / door repairs Strong interpersonal and customer-facing skills Your own hand and power tools The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Our client, an established construction business, has an exciting opportunity for a permanent Mobile Multi-Skilled Trade Engineer to join their friendly team.
Reporting to Senior Management, you will be responsible for :
- Identifying and diagnosing faults and rectifying them promptly
- Completing reactive and preventative maintenance across various sites
- Replenishing stock as and when required
- Meeting KPIs and targets for timely responses
- Ordering materials
- Submitting detailed reports upon job completion
- Supporting various trades on-site to enhance efficiency on complex jobs
