Key Responsibilities :
- Drive the specification, architecture, circuit design, verification, and production release of next-gen 5G RF ICs
- Develop innovative architectures and circuits that deliver industry-leading performance and first-silicon success
- Collaborate closely with system engineers, marketing, layout, and manufacturing teams across global locations
- Tackle complex SoC integration challenges and oversee high-quality layout implementation
Required Qualifications & Experience :
Master's or PhD in Electrical Engineering or a closely related fieldSolid experience in RFIC design with a proven track record of delivering CMOS RF transceivers to volume productionDeep understanding of RF system analysis and ability to co-define specs with system / application engineersHands-on design expertise in advanced CMOS nodes (16nm and below)Strong problem-solving skills and technical creativityExcellent grasp of RF SoC integration and layout supervisionComfortable working across cultures and time zonesHighly organised with strong communication and teamwork skillsDesirable Skills :
