Job Title : Analog / RF IC Design Engineer

Our client is the 4th largest global fabless semiconductor company , leading the industry in advanced chipset technology. Their solutions power over 1.5 billion consumer electronic devices annually — from Smart TVs, voice assistant devices (VAD), and Android tablets to feature phones, optical and Blu-ray DVD players. They are also the global leader in mobile phone chipsets .

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly experienced international RF team , contributing to the design and development of cutting-edge 5G RF products using the latest CMOS technologies.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Drive the specification, architecture, circuit design, verification, and production release of next-gen 5G RF ICs
  • Develop innovative architectures and circuits that deliver industry-leading performance and first-silicon success
  • Collaborate closely with system engineers, marketing, layout, and manufacturing teams across global locations
  • Tackle complex SoC integration challenges and oversee high-quality layout implementation

Required Qualifications & Experience :

  • Master's or PhD in Electrical Engineering or a closely related field
  • Solid experience in RFIC design with a proven track record of delivering CMOS RF transceivers to volume production
  • Deep understanding of RF system analysis and ability to co-define specs with system / application engineers
  • Hands-on design expertise in advanced CMOS nodes (16nm and below)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and technical creativity
  • Excellent grasp of RF SoC integration and layout supervision
  • Comfortable working across cultures and time zones
  • Highly organised with strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Desirable Skills :

  • Experience using Cadence Analog Design Environment
  • Familiarity with EM simulation tools
  • Solid understanding of RF requirements for cellular systems
  • Proficiency in Matlab and / or Python for data analysis
