- Location : St James House, Vicar Lane, Sheffield S1 2EX (10 min walk from Sheffield Train Station)
- Uncapped commission structure

- Hybrid / Work from Home available after induction (1 day WFH, 4 in office)
- Hours : 7.30-5.00 (term time) and 8.00-2.00 (school holidays)

Role responsibilities :

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for education-based rolesBuild and nurture strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their staffing needs are met efficiently and effectivelyProactively engage in business development activities to establish new partnerships with schools and educational institutionsIdentify and attract high-quality candidates for education positions through various sourcing methodsDevelop and maintain strong business relationships through both face-to-face and remote interactionsn \n
What are we looking for :

A minimum of 12 months experience operating in a full 360 capacityThe ability to implement effective candidate attraction strategiesExperience of client engagement and retention, to secure new contracts and school usersA confident and strong communicator who is a target driven and goal orientatedThe desire to genuinely want an opportunity to further enhance their career in recruitment with a well-established and reputable brandFull Driving LicenseSomeone who aligns to our 6 core values : collaborative, committed, mindful, mentors, sustainable and spiritedn \n
