We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Assistant. If you have customer-focused experience, whether paid or voluntary, and a friendly, positive outlook, we want you to help our Shop Manager and volunteers make our shop as successful as possible.

  • Maintain high standards of visual merchandising
  • Assist customers throughout their visit, from entry to purchase
  • Promote and explain Gift Aid and other promotions
  • Complete all company paperwork, including cashing up and banking
  • Support volunteer training
  • Sort and prepare donated stock
  • Travel to other shops if needed
  • Support Shop Manager with health and safety and best practice
  • Manage daily shop operations and volunteers in the absence of the Manager
  • Reflect the company’s values through personal behaviour
