Principal Architect - Data & AI

Up to £150,000 + 15% Bonus | Fully Remote | UK-Based | Permanent

We're hiring a Principal Data & AI Architect to lead the design and delivery of intelligent, cloud-native data platforms at scale. You'll work across critical public and private sector programmes - helping shape the direction of AI-driven transformation.

This is a strategic, hands-on leadership role in a fast-growing digital practice backed by major investment, with the freedom to drive technical direction, mentor teams, and stay close to delivery.

What you'll be doing :

• Designing and owning end-to-end data / AI architecture across complex programmes
• Working with C-level stakeholders to shape vision and delivery strategy
• Leading multidisciplinary teams across cloud, data, and AI engineering
• Supporting capability growth and mentoring architects / engineers
• Staying ahead of the curve on technologies : ML, LLMs, event-driven systems, data mesh, IoT, and more
