What you will work on

As our Functional Consultant CE, you…

• are responsible for implementing CE solutions supporting various domains such as sales, marketing, customer service, and field service to ensure efficient and effective operations
• facilitate requirements gathering workshops and collaborate closely with customers
• work shoulder-to-shoulder with project teams and clients
• translate business and non-functional requirements into solutions
• configure and expand core functionalities using Power Platform components
• verify solutions to ensure quality
• document solutions thoroughly
• contribute to key user training sessions
• expand your knowledge of the Utility market and share insights with colleagues
• help grow our CE capabilities and UMAX product offerings
• maintain a customer-oriented approach, valuing collaborative working styles
• eagerly learn about Utilities sector-specific business processes
• possess at least 2 years of proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 projects
• are fluent in English, both oral and written
