Job Description : Job Overview
- Undertake building operation and maintenance projects from conception to completion, as assigned by the Manager.
- Make effective recommendations to the Manager on whether to perform work using Company staff or by tendering to contractors.
- Review building systems working drawings to ensure specifications are met and compatibility with existing structures and systems. Review documents for technical accuracy and make necessary changes.
- Obtain appropriate approvals at various development stages and final approval before tendering contracts.
- Coordinate with internal and external groups such as trades staff, planning staff, consulting engineers and architects, contractors, fire inspectors, and municipal permit authorities to provide building systems.
