The Senior Software Project Manager (PM) is responsible for overseeing the development, integration, and deployment of defence, National Security and commercial software solutions and consultancy. This includes ensuring compliance with industry regulations across these domains, stakeholder support and expectation management, and delivering high-quality, secure, and scalable software within specified timelines and budgets.

Key Responsibilities

• Support delivery of software and consultancy supporting product roadmaps and translating customer requirements into Scope, objectives timelines and operational requirements.
• Support both agile and waterfall delivery methodologies, as project requirements dictate.
• Liaise with clients, defence and government agencies
• Develop and support efficient delivery through planning, schedules and control of project budget and resource
• Coordinate with software engineers, system architects and consultants
• Ensure Quality Management Systems are implemented and enforced [Knowledge of ISO9001 useful]
• Project level risk management
