Job Summary and Key Responsibilities :

Reporting to the Team Manager / Head of Centre, Leaders is seeking a Property Manager to join our dedicated and dynamic team based in Bromley . Experience in property management or lettings is required. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers receive the highest level of service and support. You will act as a point of contact for tenants and landlords, assisting with inquiries, booking appointments, and ensuring a smooth process throughout the tenancy.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide excellent telephone and written communication throughout the tenancy.
  • Accept and understand tenants' maintenance requirements, providing triage to resolve issues.
  • If unresolved, communicate with the landlord with solutions and arrange works with contractors.
  • Update all parties regularly via phone, email, or text and log notes.
  • Make regular 'well-being' calls to landlords.
  • Work with the property management team to ensure works are completed, invoiced within 21 days, and progress communicated.
  • Ensure all properties comply with legislation and company policies.
  • Coordinate with Inventory Clerks for property inspections and communicate with landlords and tenants.
  • Notify managed landlords and tenants two weeks prior to vacation to explain check-out procedures.
  • Handle non-managed deposits under the No Deposit Scheme.
  • Follow check-out processes and communicate via the Depositary site.
  • Collaborate with team leaders and the branch network to understand unit losses.
  • Maintain high communication levels with internal and external customers.
