Senior Conveyancing Paralegal | Residential Property | London (Hybrid) 🌟

We’re working exclusively with a highly regarded law firm in London to find an experienced Senior Conveyancing Paralegal to join their growing residential property team.

This is an exceptional opportunity to work 1 : 1 with a senior fee earner, supporting a high-quality caseload of residential sales and purchases from pre-instruction to post-completion. If you're an experienced paralegal looking to take the next step in your legal career with a firm that genuinely values its people, this role could be for you.

The Role

You'll be a vital member of a close-knit conveyancing team, managing key elements of the transaction lifecycle. Responsibilities will include :

• Full client onboarding including AML and ID checks via Thirdfort / Infotrack
• Drafting contract packs and managing pre / post-completion tasks
• Handling enquiries, redemption statements, management packs and searches
• Liaising with clients, agents, and solicitors to keep transactions moving smoothly
• Using platforms like Hoowla, LMS, and Lender Exchange to manage matters efficiently
• Providing excellent client care and maintaining meticulous attention to detail throughout

Salary : £32k-£34k, based on experience
