Our client is a Top 50 UK Law Firm looking to expand its 10-strong corporate team in Bristol. It is recognized in both Chambers and L500 for its Corporate work.

Your work will be varied, and you can expect to work on fast-paced transactions as part of partner-led teams. You can expect to be involved in :

• Mergers and acquisitions
• Private equity and venture capital
• Equity capital markets
• Company law advice
• Joint ventures
• Reorganisations and demergers
