Multi Trade Carpenter

A great opportunity has arisen for a Multi Trade Carpenter to join a social housing contractor on a temporary ongoing basis paying £21.40 per hour CIS or Umbrella. This will be covering South London postcodes. The successful Multi Trade Carpenter will be available within short notice, have social housing experience and must have a driving license as you will be supplied with a van and fuel card. Working hours Mon - Fri 8am - 17 : 00pm with a half hour break Multi Trade Carpenter Duties : Carry out carry out a range of repairs and maintenance within social housing properties including carpentry, plumbing painting and decorating and patch plastering in both voids and occupied properties.
