Senior Java Algorithm Developer / Tech Lead | European Financial Services Firm | £150K+

Paragon Alpha are partnered with a well established Financial Services Firm who are hiring a Senior Java Developer to lead the buildout of a greenfield execution platform for their Equities desk in London.

You will be central to the planning and development of this new build. Using your capacity to create high-quality trading algorithms for seamless trading. As a hands-on Tech Lead, you will be critical to the hiring and development of a new team to ensure the continued expansion and management of the platform across the desk.

You will bring direct experience in Equities Algo trading, being able to efficiently and effectively engage with my client's team of traders - deploying your proficiency in Java for full-stack algo Equities trading.

Tech Stack : Java, Kubernetes, SQL
