What Youll Be Doing :

Supporting the management team with the day-to-day running of the venue

Leading and motivating front-of-house and bar teams

Ensuring high standards of service and a positive guest experience

Assisting with stock control, rota planning, and compliance

Supporting the coordination of events and busy service periods

What Were Looking For :

Previous experience in a supervisory role within hospitality

A strong team player who leads by example

Excellent communication and organisational skills

A positive, proactive attitude with a passion for customer service

Confidence in handling a fast-paced environment
