Regional SHE Manager - Residential House Building

Location : North-west (Hybrid)

Salary : Up to £60,000 + £6,000 Car Allowance

Are you a passionate Health & Safety professional ready for a new challenge? Our client, a leading residential house builder, is seeking a Regional SHE Manager to oversee all Health & Safety and designated Environmental aspects across the north-west region.

This is a critical role where you'll provide holistic SHE guidance, ensure statutory compliance, and drive a positive safety culture through advice, audits, and training. You'll be responsible for overseeing SHE policy effectiveness, leading incident investigations, and collaborating closely with regional teams to embed best practices.

What you'll bring :

• A relevant SHE qualification and significant experience in the residential house-building sector.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and drive cultural change.
• In-depth knowledge of H&S legislation and construction processes.
• Strong communication, planning, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
