Delivery Consultant (Start-up, GTM)

Hybrid - must be based commutable to London.

Basic salary - £45,000.

100% remote.

MUST HAVE GTM RECRUITMENT EXPERIENCE

• Experience in GTM recruitment, placing candidates from Account Coordinators to VP / SVP of Sales into Tier 1 VCs across Europe and US.
• Collaborating directly with the Co-Founder on delivery projects.
• Working with VCs / PEs investing in startups like Snowflake, Sigma, Nvidia.
• Candidate-focused with strong qualification skills and process management.

This role is part of a strategic growth partnership with Tier 1 VCs globally, working with early-stage startups to IPO or acquisition, building top-tier GTM and technical teams.

The firm is a leading GTM team builder for major Silicon Valley funds and emerging Tier 2 / 3 funds in EMEA.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Delivery within the start-up GTM space, with a proven track record of high-value placements in the global GTM market.

You should be well-educated, highly literate, and an excellent communicator.

Most placements are retained, with salaries ranging from £200k to over £5m.
