Service Training Instructor Job

Exciting opportunity to teach leading edge electronics, vehicle controls, and engine technologies to Kenworth dealership service technicians. Meet dealers and build lasting relationships as a technical expert for PACCAR’s innovative systems. Be the recognized expert for technical advice for dealership service issues.

This position is remote and may have heavy travel at times between 20% and 60% of the time. The qualified candidate can be located anywhere in the Continental US or Canada.

DUTIES

• Create and maintain technical service training materials and training aids in electronic and other formats
• Present assigned classroom sessions to dealership and customer service technicians in both classroom and virtual settings
• Coordinate with Field Service, Dealers, and Kenworth management to identify training needs for new and existing products
• Coordinate involvement of other departments (Engineering, Manufacturing, Marketing, etc.) to design classroom support materials and training aids
• Prepare cost estimates for the production of classroom support materials and training aids
• Explore and evaluate alternative media for classroom and virtual training venues

The salary range for Service Training Instructor is $80,800-$126,600 annually. This position is also eligible for a holiday gift.
