Taylor Herring is looking for an ambitious Account Executive join one of our consumer teams
Through the role you will gain experience working within consumer PR – with a mix of press office and project-based accounts

We’re keen to meet candidates who are self-motivated, passionate, organised with their time planning and have the ability to adapt from one project to another
Due to the nature of big brand clients they will be working on, someone with excellent attention to detail would be well suited to this role
Skills Expected :
Writing : Strong writing skills are essential, to support with drafting newsworthy press releases and media pitches.
Multi-Tasking : Execution responsibilities across 3-4 accounts at any one time
Proactive : Actively taking responsibility for day-to-day tasks and priorities and updating team on progress
Problem Solving : Using creative insight and problem-solving daily
Media Knowledge : Must have fantastic selling in skills, with a strong news sense and ability to build key contacts.
The Overview
You will be :
A strong part of the media team, selling in projects from across the agency at least once a week.
Responsible for liaising with influencers across various campaigns, both paid and organic
Supporting your team in the day-to-day running of various retained and project based accounts, with responsibilities including; responding to media enquiries, drafting press releases and media pitches, influencer and media gifting and supporting with client comms
Participating in all-agency brainstorms for new and existing client briefs, bringing creativity and insights to the table
Supporting the team on video and photography shoots, with tasks including liaising with suppliers and organising props
You will be responsible for compiling detailed campaign reports, including coverage analysis
Ability to work as part of a cross-agency team for clients as required
Team :
At Taylor Herring we work within a team-based structure - within which sit project leads and team leads. As a general rule you work with, sit with and grow with your team.
You will have a line manager to support your growth - and after a year, you also have the option of being assigned a Mentor from outside your team if you would like one
You will be joining a team of four people, lead by a Senior Account Director
The team has a combination of retained and project based clients across different sectors, creating a lot of variety in the work.
