We're looking for an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to spearhead complex operational and technology initiatives. This Project Manager position presents an exceptional opportunity to operate within a dynamic, collaborative environment where strategic vision meets operational excellence.

Tasks

As a Project Manager at DigX, your responsibilities will include :

Orchestrating comprehensive transformation programmes from inception to completion, encompassing strategic planning, flawless execution, and stakeholder alignment
Overseeing multiple concurrent workstreams spanning business operations, technology integration, and seamless service transitions
Directing cross-functional teams to ensure punctual delivery of critical milestones and deliverables
Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation, including Statements of Work (SOWs), robust governance frameworks, and detailed transition strategies
Leading strategic workshops and steering committee meetings to drive stakeholder consensus and eliminate project impediments
Proactively identifying and managing risks, dependencies, and change impacts while implementing effective mitigation strategies
Contributing to the development and deployment of Target Operating Models (TOMs) and comprehensive service blueprints

Requirements

The ideal Project Manager candidate will possess :

Demonstrated expertise in project management within consultancy or large-scale transformation environments

Deep understanding of operational frameworks, TOM methodology, and corporate governance structures

Outstanding communication abilities and proven stakeholder management experience

Exceptional capacity to balance competing priorities while consistently delivering under pressure

Advanced proficiency in project manager tools and methodologies (including Agile, Prince2, PMP)

Substantial experience collaborating with diverse cross-functional teams and external vendor partnerships

A forward-thinking, solutions-focused approach combined with meticulous attention to detail
