The Role

The core of our service is the fast, efficient, and safe delivery of treatments.

  • Serve as a Pharmacist responsible for dispensing and dispatching private prescriptions from our London hub dispensary.
  • Manage operational processes, rotas, and structures within our pharmacy to uphold high clinical, regulatory, and operational standards.
  • Navigate the evolving operational landscape, balancing customer needs with resource constraints.
  • Coordinate with pharmacy operations, including prescription supply, delivery, couriers, medications, and test kits, ensuring timely and safe delivery to customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure SOPs are followed, and medication is dispatched legally, safely, and appropriately.
  • Meet KPIs related to prescription and medication delivery from the UK and partners.
  • Collaborate with medical and pharmacy teams to ensure best practice in medication delivery.
  • Lead and develop a team to ensure good pharmacy practice and excellent patient service.
  • Respond to operational changes, including holiday schedules and delivery issues.
  • Understand and improve processes involving external partners like Royal Mail, DPD, and labs.
  • Map, evaluate, and enhance clinical and customer support processes with stakeholders.
  • Work with data teams to generate reports and provide feedback through data analysis.
  • Skills & Experience

  • Qualified and GPhC registered UK pharmacist with knowledge of digital healthcare.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience handling challenging customers.
  • Basic Excel skills for data analysis.
  • Desirable Skills

  • Team management experience.
  • Experience with delivery providers.
  • Knowledge of process mapping and efficiency improvements.
  • Experience in digital healthcare or non-patient-facing roles.
