Opportunities exist in a variety of locations across the UK, with the firm also offering flexible and hybrid working arrangements. Key Responsibilities :

• Advising on non-contentious construction matters including drafting and negotiating of JCT and NEC contracts as well as other construction-specific documentation such as consultancy agreements and collateral warranties
• Providing high quality legal advice to developers, contractors, sub-contractors consultants,
• Advising clients on risk management, procurement strategy, and project structuring My client is keen to speak with UK-qualified solicitors with at least 4 years’ PQE in non-contentious construction law, although opportunities exist at all levels up to legal director.
