About The Role

The Credit department at Revolut designs, develops, and launches credit products globally. The team manages these products from inception to end, including development, risk management, and local setup in each country. As Head of 1st line Mid-Market Risk for Supply Chain Finance, you will build an underwriting team, develop credit risk policies, and contribute to the launch and growth of our Supply Chain Finance portfolio.

What You'll Be Doing

• Building the underwriting team and developing an automated, end-to-end mid-market underwriting system.
• Designing a scalable global underwriting process with standardized data, policies, and procedures.
• Collaborating with Data Science and Engineering to create risk models for origination, monitoring, provisioning, and collections.
• Implementing continuous monitoring, automated alerts, and dynamic credit capacity adjustments.
• Shaping credit policies to maximize portfolio returns.
• Defining and evolving the risk appetite for the product.
• Making key underwriting decisions for significant exposures.
• Maintaining strong relationships with the second line of defense.
• Supporting departmental objectives and planning.
