Reporting to Financial Planning & Analysis Controller, takes on key role in delivering monthly variance analysis and forecasts for iEMEA Region and guiding financial decisions through analysis and collaboration with business leaders.

We are currently looking for a Senior Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst to join our team in our award-winning business in Auchincruive, Ayr. This position is based onsite.

Reporting to Financial Planning & Analysis Controller, you will take on key role in delivering monthly variance analysis and forecasts for iEMEA Region and guiding financial decisions through analysis and collaboration with business leaders.

What you’ll be doing :

  • Lead monthly variance analysis process, present findings to senior management, engage with the key stakeholders to drive improvements and corrective actions.
  • Support FP&A Controller in monthly forecasting process by participating in business reviews, documenting assumptions, improving and formalizing process flows.
  • Work closely with Treasury Manager to ensure that relevant connections between Revenue / Expense forecasts and Cash Flow forecasting are accurate and information flows in a timely manner.
  • Conduct deep dive financial analysis on demand to support projects, strategic initiatives and decision-making processes, prepare reports and presentations for Senior Leadership Team.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline and automate financial reporting and planning processes.
  • Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate business performance.
  • Partner on cross-functional projects with other FP&A Team Members, provide guidance and propose solutions when working on new initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate, well-documented financial models and implement version control and audit trials for forecast updates to ensure transparency and accountability.

About you :

  • Qualified / Part-Qualified / QBE.
  • Exceptional analytical and data interpretation skills, with the ability to communicate insights effectively.
  • Experience in initiating and implementing process improvements.
  • Comfortable working with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Poven problem-solving ability.
  • Flexibility to work in a dynamic environment and ability to manage workload effectively..
  • Experience engaging with senior stakeholders within Operations and Commercial teams
