• Reconstruction and extension of multiple residential units

The Role : As a Senior Estimator, you will play a vital role in the success of upcoming projects, leading the preparation of tenders and estimates and working closely with both internal teams and external stakeholders. • Prepare accurate cost estimates and competitive tenders across a range of project types
• Interpret drawings, specifications, and project documents to produce detailed cost breakdowns
• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal delivery teams
• Conduct risk analysis and value engineering to optimise proposals
• Participate in tender reviews and contribute to winning work
• Support a smooth handover to the construction team post-award
• Mentor and support junior estimating staff Requirements :
• Proven experience as an Estimator or Senior Estimator in the UK construction industry
• Strong background in D&B projects, ideally in Commercial, Residential, Hospitality, or Mixed-Use sectors
• In-depth understanding of construction techniques and cost planning
• Skilled in estimating software such as Conquest, Causeway, or similar
• Strong attention to detail with a commercial mindset
