Salary : £40,000 – £45,000 per annum

Location : Hammersmith, London

Hours : Monday – Friday, 08 : 00 – 17 : 00 – 28 days holiday

Type : Permanent, Full-Time

Team Size : Sole engineer on-site

Call-Out : Not required

Role Overview

We are looking for a competent and self-sufficient M&E Static Engineer for a newly refurbished commercial property in the Hammersmith area. Ideal candidates will have both mechanical and electrical experience, though a strong background in either will be considered. As the sole engineer on-site, a high level of autonomy, organisation, and client communication is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Full ownership of PPM and reactive maintenance (HVAC, lighting, emergency systems, etc.)
• Basic fault-finding, repairs, and compliance checks on mechanical and electrical systems
• Engage confidently with the client to ensure service levels are met or exceeded
• Complete all reporting using tablets / laptops (MS Word, Excel, etc.)
• Maintain plant rooms and associated equipment in excellent condition
