Staffline is recruiting a Logistics Administrator in Stockton.
The rate of pay is £ per hour.
This is a full-time role working rotating shifts, any 5 days out of 7, and the hours of work are :
Your Time at Work
As an Administrator, your duties include :
Using trained skills to complete all tasks assignedProviding efficient administration services for various tasks associated with the warehouse, inputting all relevant information into the appropriate systemCarrying out a range of administrative tasks in an accurate and timely manner to ensure all relevant information is available and respond to all requests for informationCollate statistics (cost, stock, KPIs, schedules, etc.) for the department on a daily and weekly basis and issue to relevant stakeholders to support / enable effective management decision-makingCompleting safe and legal paperwork including trailer checks, bay checks, tachograph compliance and loading compliance, inputting all relevant information onto the appropriate warehouse, transport, or vehicle maintenance systemEnsuring accurate recording of all data in line with the company reporting procedure, highlighting any non-compliance to a Team ManagerLiaising with internal and external contractors as requiredResponding to customer queries in a timely mannerEnsuring all paperwork submitted is completed in line with the required timescalesUpdating, maintaining, and filing weekly and periodical reports, responding to requests, and running ad-hoc reports as necessary to ensure all reports are completed accurately and submitted in line with required timescalesWorking at all times within relevant Company policies including Health & Safety, security, hygiene standards, processes, and specificationsYou will be in an office environment at room temperature with the need to go into the warehouse areas where it can be 2+ degrees, and the occasional requirement to fulfill other site duties.
