Job descriptionDetermine the condition of existing buildings, identifying and analysing defects, including proposals for repair Advise on the health and safety aspects of buildings Visiting sites to complete Building Surveyor's inspections Completing desktop survey research about sites Preparing reports following inspections to outline the state of the property / site Assisting with the co-ordination of portfolio instructions and undertaking other duties from time to time as may be reasonably required Negotiable salary DOE (£25,000+) Training & Development Generous Annual Leave Entitlement Flexible Working Entertainment Scheme Discounted Gym Membership Food and Drink Offerings

You Will Have :
- Degree in Building Surveying (or suitable experience)
- Up to two years’ Building Surveying experience
- Good problem-solving skills
- Microsoft Office proficient
- ArchiCAD / CAD proficient or working towards proficiency
- Full UK Driving License
