Operations Manager (Part-Time AND Remote) - Bromley (Temporary to Permanent)
I am working with a boutique, values-driven property and lettings agency that manages over 100 let and managed properties. The agency has a turnover of approximately £200k and a small, close-knit team of 3 employees.
As the Managing Director transitions to remote working, we're seeking an experienced Operations Manager to step in and ensure the team and business continue to run smoothly and professionally.
This company's properties range from SE London, Kent, to Canary Wharf and the odd portfolio that also covers Central London. They have the range to cover any of London or its surrounding areas.

Hours : 2-3 days per week (around 15 - 18 hours per week), flexibly spread across the week - these hours are also worked remotely
Availability to attend the office or local property visits at least 1 day per week (not essential but strongly )
Initial temporary term and to go permanent for the right person (this is a temporary-to-permanent position)
Rate : £22-£25 per hour
Location : Remote (must be UK-based) with occasional in-person days - office is based in Bromley
