Operational Manager with Community Lead

Hours & Salary : 20 Hours a Week

Salary : £33,500 – £33,800 (full time equivalent)

Job Role :

Dayspring Church is a family friendly church in Garforth, Leeds, and is part of the Pioneer Church Network.

We are looking to recruit an Operational Manager with Community Lead from September 2025. The role involves leading, developing and supporting Dayspring’s vision in line with our values, and involves being part of Dayspring Church’s Leadership Team.

Job purpose :

• To oversee regular Dayspring gatherings
• To use and apply a wide range of communication techniques and methods effectively, and to coordinate, share and promote the work of Dayspring
• To use and apply a range of social media platforms effectively, and to coordinate, share and promote the work of Dayspring
• Provide essential support for Dayspring, managing office related operations, coordinating communication and maintaining records
• Research, write and manage proposals to secure funding for specific projects when required
• To develop and support engaging and innovative opportunities within the community
• To grow church family life as part of the Leadership Team, and to support the focus of mission in the community, into Leeds and the nations
