Your new role

We are seeking a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer to join the team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the design and management of mechanical services for a variety of building projects. You will work closely with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality, sustainable designs that meet project requirements and industry standards.Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the design and development of mechanical systems for various building projects, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
• Prepare detailed design drawings, specifications, and reports using AutoCAD, Revit, and other design tools.
• Conduct site surveys and assessments to inform design decisions.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and design staff.
• Collaborate with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
• Ensure all designs are energy-efficient and sustainable, incorporating the latest technologies and best practices.
• Conduct feasibility studies, prepare budget estimates, and manage financial aspects of projects.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, standards, and regulations.
