Job description40,000 - £60,000 OTE 60 / 40% split in favour of Surveyor Leads provided Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Residential Surveyor Minimum AssocRICS qualified UK driving license Strong communication skills both written and verbal
Due to expansion and increased business levels, our clients are looking a Residential Surveyor to join their team in the Tyneside area on a Consultancy basis. The role is available on a part time basis working 2 / 3 days per week. Our clients provide PI insurance, admin support and are looking for AssocRICS or MRICS individuals with experience in Level 2 and 3 Surveys
Working hours :
- As a Residential Surveyor, you’ll be required to work part time
- Remote working, with 1 day in office per month
