The Role
We’re recruiting a Temporary Maintenance Operative - 30 hours a week , to support a busy accommodations site in Derby . You’ll be the go-to person for general maintenance tasks, helping to keep the property safe, tidy, and fully operational.
Key Duties
- Carrying out day-to-day repairs and minor maintenance tasks
- Responding to maintenance tasks promptly and effectively
- Basic plumbing, electrical, and joinery work (as appropriate to skillset)
- Ensuring health & safety compliance at all times
- Supporting site staff with setup or emergency works when needed
