Location : London – Angel

Role Purpose :

Site Engineer for an online Travel Agency London offices. The ideal candidate will be part of the Integral engineering team, which includes a site supervisor and fabric technician, providing engineering support for 7 occupied tenant floors. You will be the first point of contact for any building breakdown requests and will also be responsible for completing scheduled preventive maintenance issued by the site supervisor.

Main Duties & Responsibilities :

  • Accurately report all completed work orders, including detailed records of critical spares / stock items used, utilizing the Corrigo platform.
  • Participate in and complete Health and Safety compliance activities, such as hazard / near miss reporting and scheduled toolbox talks.
  • Liaise with the supply chain for ordering M&E components for remedial or corrective works.
  • Take ownership of areas under INTEGRAL control, including plant rooms, ensuring they meet the required standards.
  • Complete HelpedIn Work Orders and PPMS efficiently, ensuring acknowledgment and completion within SLA.
  • Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Essential Qualifications & Experience :

  • Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in corporate environments, understanding customer needs.
  • C&G Pts. 1 & 2 or equivalent qualifications.
  • 18th Edition IEE Wiring and Installation (ability to attain 18th Edition through additional training if holding 17th Edition).
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with all staff levels.
  • Proactive approach to achieving high standards of operation.
  • Good IT and report writing skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure while remaining calm and delivering services within given timeframes.
