• Problem Solver : Liaise with contractors, technicians, and engineers to coordinate repairs and resolutions.
• Diary & Scheduling Master : Organise appointments for maintenance teams and subcontractors.
• Communication Pro : Provide follow-up correspondence to keep customers informed every step of the way.
• Keep Us on Track : Maintain records, update databases, and produce reports as required.
• Support the Customer Journey : Assist in home demonstrations and customer care surveys.
