The New Product Developer Opportunity :

You'll play a key part in developing exciting, high-performance products across protein, performance, health, and wellbeing categories. From formulating and flavouring powders to improving existing blends and launching brand-new concepts, your work will help us stay at the forefront of the industry.

What your day-to-day might look like :

• Develop and launch new products : Drive end-to-end innovation across protein, performance, health, and wellness categories using knowledge of functional ingredients and flavour systems.
• Improve existing formulations : Optimise flavour, texture, efficacy, or nutrition based on feedback, market trends, and performance data.
• Create EFSA-compliant content : Write accurate, engaging product content that meets EU and UK regulatory standards.
• Coordinate with supply chain and suppliers : Collaborate with internal teams and manufacturers to manage timelines, resolve issues, and ensure on-time delivery.
• Support production troubleshooting : Identify and resolve blend or formulation issues to reduce downtime and maintain quality.
• Monitor market trends : Track emerging trends, ingredients, formats, and competitor activity; share insights with the Innovation team.
• Write product copy : Craft clear, brand-aligned copy for packaging and digital channels with technical accuracy.
• Manage product development : Lead cross-functional projects from concept to launch, ensuring timelines, budgets, and milestones are met.
