Job description

Skills Coach – Health & Social Care with Travel £32,000.00 to £35,000.00 per annum, experience-dependent Remote with extensive and frequent travel As a Skills Coach, you will be driving progress and supporting a caseload of learners working towards increasing their theoretical knowledge within the Health and Social Care sectors.

You will assist them in gaining an apprenticeship qualification.

This will be achieved through robust calendar management and stakeholder engagement, fostering a strong tripartite relationship between the provider, the coach and the learners.

Key Responsibilities : - Engagement with Employers and learners, delivering high-quality teaching and learning.

  • Achievement of KPIs - Maintain a caseload of learners, delivering sector-specific training including maths, English & ICT skills alongside personal development, behaviours and attitudes.
  • Proficient in the use of electronic portfolio systems.
  • Participate in all self-assessment activities.
  • Contribute to the ongoing growth of Apprenticeships.Essential Knowledge & Experience Experience and knowledge in delivering Apprenticeship standards Experience and knowledge of training and / or assessment delivery  Experience in the delivery of Digital Skills, Math and English  Experience teaching within educational establishments Knowledge of Government funding streams Willingness to travel extensively   Essential Qualifications D32 / 33 / A1 / TAQA / CAVA or equivalent L3 AET or equivalent    L2 Functional skills in math and English Occupational competence in Health & Social Care (up to L5) Customer Service L3 PGCE / Teaching qualification (Desirable) Twin Group is an award-winning provider of education, travel, work experience, accommodation, apprenticeships and employment services.    Benefits : 25 days of annual leave + bank holidays + your birthday off, Pension contributions, Employee Assistance Programme, Death in service benefit, Career development opportunities, Opportunities for professional development and networking, a dynamic and supportive working environment, plus more.
