Head of Sales – Lifestyle Brand- £120,000–£140,000 + bonus | London HQ

I’m working with a bold, high-growth lifestyle brand that’s redefining how premium consumer products show up in the world — blending wellness and tech with a sharp commercial edge.

With revenues already at £14m+ and ambitious plans to scale to £30m and beyond, my client is looking for a strategic, commercially astute Head of Sales to lead B2B growth across multiple premium channels.

Their product has secured presence in everything from airport, retail and fashion boutiques to pharmacies, hotels and premium electronics stores and they’re only just getting started!

The Opportunity :

  • Lead and execute the full B2B sales strategy across fashion, wellness, pharmacy, travel retail, hotels, grocery, and premium lifestyle retail
  • Build and lead a high-performing sales team
  • Drive UK and international growth with full ownership of revenue, margin and channel performance
  • Work closely with the founder and leadership team to shape the go-to-market plan and unlock new verticals
  • Act as a key commercial voice in a fast-paced, brand-led scale-up environment
