What You'll Be Doing

• Act as a senior escalation point for complex IT support issues across hardware, software, and SaaS environments.
• Manage and administer Google Workspace (formerly G Suite) – if not certified, you must be willing to study and pass the Google Workspace Administrator exam within your probation period (40-hour study commitment).
• Provide macOS support and device management using Jamf – strong emphasis on this.
• Support and enhance the global Cisco Meraki infrastructure spanning 17+ locations, including a 700+ person London office.
• Lead and contribute to the implementation, migration, or introduction of new technical solutions and concepts.
• Collaborate with internal teams and manage stakeholders effectively.
• Ensure compliance with technical and security standards, including ISO 27001, Security+, and internal policies.
• Maintain documentation and support IT governance aligned with ITIL 4 practices.
