What you'll do : Deliver first-line support via email, Teams, phone, and face-to-face Manage and prioritise support tickets, escalating where needed Monitor and maintain systems to prevent issues and enhance security Support IT projects, including testing and creating user documentationWhat we're looking for : Experience in first-line support, including Office 365 and desktop support Strong communication and customer service skills A proactive mindset and eagerness to learn Awareness of cyber security and Microsoft 365 toolsWhy join us?
