Job description

Pertemps are currently recruiting for an Administrator for our public sector client based in various locations across Edinburgh.

Role : Administrator

Location : Various locations across Edinburgh (possible hybrid working with a minimum of 2 days per week in the office)

Duration : Temporary role, on an ongoing basis

Pay : £13.48 per hour

Hours : Monday - Friday, 36 hours per week

Start Date : ASAP

The role will involve, but not be limited to :

  • Cash handling
  • Data entry
  • Managing a mailbox
  • Responding to queries by email and through online systems
  • Processing applications
  • Requesting documentation
  • Updating spreadsheets
  • Issuing letters / documents
  • Any other tasks as required

Basic Disclosure at a cost of £25 will be required.
