Social Responsibility is at the forefront of our brand and runs through everything we do, and everyone involved with the business. Working within an ethical framework is a key part of the role and should be a major driver for anyone applying for the position. We recently achieved B Corp certification, making us the first hardware manufacturing company in the world to do so.

This role will primarily focus on engaging with the Architect and Design community in London and the Southeast region, whilst also encompassing opportunities throughout the United Kingdom and occasionally overseas. Our showroom at the Design Centre Chelsea Harbour will be used as a satellite office with an expectation of regular time spent here each week (frequency to be determined).

Full product and process training will be provided, enabling you to build your sales skills and technical knowledge of our product range as you work with our experienced and enthusiastic team.

The role will involve building rapport and developing relationships with prospective and existing customers via networking, telephone calls, other virtual communication services, email and, most importantly, face-to-face presentations to introduce and present the full range of products and services offered, converting these leads into sales opportunities. From time to time, you will be required to support staff at trade shows and events as well as attending networking events. Experience within the luxury interiors sector and an understanding of the specification process is essential. Excellent communication skills, attention to detail and a confident, focused demeanor are essential attributes for the role.
