Due to year-on-year growth, my client is actively seeking experienced and ambitious Protection Advisors to join their successful team and contribute by managing direct applicants from enquiry through to completion / paid out.

As a Protection Advisor, you'll guide clients through their protection journey, from initial inquiry to completion—ensuring they receive expert advice on income protection, mortgage protection, and other essential coverage.

Working with a whole-of-market approach, you'll leverage our client's innovative technology to work efficiently while maintaining the personal touch that builds lasting client relationships.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• 2+ years of experience advising on protection products in a brokerage environment
• Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while working independently
• Demonstrates expertise in handling B2C inquiries
• Comfortable navigating multiple lenders to find optimal whole-of-market solutions
• RO5 qualification (preferred but not essential)
• Experience supporting customers from initial enquiry to completion
