Sales Executive

Job Title : Sales Executive Job Type : Permanent Location : Letchworth GC Shift Pattern : Thursday to Monday Annual Salary : £28,000-£33,000 (DOE)   Our highly established client based in Letchworth GC are looking for an experienced Sales Executive to join their team on a Permanent basis. The successful candidate must be a sales driven individual, with an aptitude of hitting regular targets & KPI's, and flexible when it comes to working hours & availability.   Main duties as a Sales Executive : - New home sales including negotiations, administration, and handover of finished properties - Perform regular after sales tasks, ensuring all client's needs are met within an accurate and timely manner - Ensure all administration needs are met, and that data is logged correctly and efficiently - Perform and reach weekly / monthly KPI's set by management team - Provide excellent customer service to new and existing customers   What's needed as a Sales Executive : - Relevant experience in new homes sales required - Previous experience working with a construction / developer - Confidence within telephone and IT use - Excellent motivation and communication skills - Must be able to drive and live within 30-45 mins of location - Must be flexible and available to work weekends   Companies benefits : - BUPA / Pension provided after 3 month probation - 45p mileage paid on over 20 miles - Competitive commission package - 22 days holiday plus a week off at Christmas & bank holidays   Please apply within
