Job description

Dahlia Recruitment are working in partnership with an expanding Medical business to recruit for an Office Administrator to work as part of a team to ensure that the business is running smoothly and targets are achieved. This role would suit either a Graduate with internship experience or an experienced Administrator. The role is based on site at their offices in Cheadle.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES :

  • Overall management of call collections in the ERP system ( MS Dynamics 365 ) including raising and closing all calls and managing aged complaint calls
  • Scheduling and planning for field-based engineer work (scheduled and ad-hoc)
  • Preparing and issuing customer reports for all field service activities
  • Offering first line technical support to assist in reducing customer equipment downtime
  • Customer service : liaise directly with UK customers (distributors and end-users), other strategic partners and suppliers and provide support requested in a reliable and timely manner.

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE :

  • Experience with ERP systems – Dynamics 365 & CRM system like Salesforce
  • Experience with document management systems (e.g. QAD, Dynamics 365 or similar) is highly desirable
  • Strong information processing skills
  • Experience with Medical device industry / NHS or other highly regulatory industry highly desirable.
  • Previous experience in a service environment (ideally in the medical devices field)
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite
  • Strong and project management organisational skills – multi-tasking with fluid and challenging deadlines will be part of the day-to-day growth of the business.

  • QUALIFICATIONS

  • Educated to A-Level standard essential with strong written and verbal skills
  • Highly competent / experienced user of MS Office (Dynamics 365 preferred) packages.
