Senior Business Analyst
Central London (Hybrid – 2 days per week in the office)
Salary : £90,000 + 20% Bonus + Benefits

This is a key role focused on driving simplification initiatives across the organisation, streamlining processes, and supporting strategic change delivery.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead business analysis for process simplification and process improvement projects from initiation to implementation
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and document business needs
- Analyse complex processes and propose effective, customer-centric solutions
