Corporate / M&A PSL

Our elite US firm client, which boasts one of the leading M&A practices in the world, is looking for a PSL to join the London Corporate team, to develop and to deliver on a knowledge plan for London Corporate M&A.

Suitable candidates will have a minimum of five years’ broad Corporate experience, gained either in the capacity of a solicitor or PSL, in a highly regarded top tier law firm.

You will work with the London Corporate M&A Knowledge Partners and London Knowledge and Training Lead to develop and to deliver on a knowledge plan for London Corporate M&A. You will drive and support the knowledge and training for the Practice Group. The role will suit a Solicitor with 5 years of English Corporate M&A experience, who is interested in pursuing a different path.

Candidates will be able to demonstrate an interest in professional support, knowledge sharing and technology.
