Location

Our attractive office is located in the heart of The Strand, one of London's most iconic and vibrant

areas—offering excellent transport links, a rich cultural scene, and a wide array of cafés and

restaurants.

Role Overview

  • Contract : Full time
  • Location : London, Hybrid
  • Reporting : Manager, Project Management Office

The Project Planning & Controls Analyst plays a key role in supporting project teams with planning,

RAID tracking, cost and resource monitoring, and performance reporting. This role ensures

transparency, structure, and control throughout the project lifecycle, contributing to the successful

delivery of complex, cross-functional initiatives.

Your key responsibilities will include :

  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and resource plans
  • Maintain and update RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies)
  • Track project costs, budgets, and resource utilization
  • Monitor project progress and support variance analysis and corrective actions
  • Prepare dashboards, reports, and performance summaries for stakeholders
  • Ensure documentation accuracy and compliance with governance standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support coordinated project execution
  • We’re looking for someone with :

  • Project Management Certification – PMP or equivalent (mandatory)
  • Experience in project planning or project controls
  • Industry experience in construction, energy, oil & gas, FMCG, commodities, or agriculture
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Monday.com, and SmartSheets
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
