What You’ll Be Doing :

• Diagnose and advise on building defects across a huge variety of properties – no two days are the same.
• Lead exciting projects from £50k to £3m+, acting as Project Manager or Contract Administrator.
• Drive change through safety-first solutions and innovative thinking, including Building Safety Act compliance.
• Deliver detailed pre-acquisition reports, dilapidations advice, PPM plans, and cost assessments.
• Champion H&S as Principal Designer on select projects.
• Mentor and inspire junior surveyors – be part of shaping the next generation.
• Represent a consultancy that values people as much as performance .
