Responsibilities
Deliverables :
Your deliverables will include, but are not limited to, the following :
- Develop vision, strategy and structure of how the group manages its transfer pricing in the current and rapidly changingmercial and economic environment - including strategies around APAs.
- Pro-actively establish and drive worldwide strategic transfer pricing initiatives across jurisdictions, specifically transforming the legacy transfer pricing policies to mitigate risk and improving tax efficiencies to yield optimized and sustainable tax positions. This includes providing support efforts on legal entity rationalization and other cross-border activities.
- Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure there is mutual understanding of key risks and strategies for their resolution. This includes Accounting, Intepany, Controllership and Finance Managers, Procurement, Treasury, and other members of the Global Tax team.
- Develop strategies on transfer pricing disputes and litigations across the world, ensuring risks are appropriately managed andmunicated.
- Keep abreast of global changes to transfer pricing, assess impacts or benefits, and develop mitigation and action plans for thepany
- Represent the group on transfer pricing matters and influence decisions in negotiations withernment bodies and tax authorities globally.
Required Experience :
CPA / chartered accountant, chartered tax advisor or qualified tax lawyerExtensive (10 - 15 years) leading transfer pricing programs for multi-national organizationsStrong knowledge and understanding of domestic and global transfer pricingAbility to influence senior stakeholders and to driveplex transformations involving cross-functional teamsStrong writing, analytical, and oral presentation skills including creativity in presentation materialsAbility to think broad about worldwide tax, economics,mercial and the wider business environment in developing strategic solutionsLeads by example by striving to innovate, introducing best practices and championing documentation standards to allow the organization to achieve optimal standards of transfer pricing.LI#AG1
